General Refund Policy

Classroom Courses and Live Workshops: For our online courses and live workshops, refunds will be available if you cancel your enrollment up to 14 days before the course or workshop begins. A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions to our monthly programs can be canceled at any time. However, please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods. You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your billing period.

Physical Products: Any tangible items purchased through Gaia Wisdom School can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The items must be returned in their original condition.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital Downloads/Virtual Classes: Due to the nature of digital content that cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital downloads, including guided meditations, ebooks, virtual classes and soundscape recordings, are final and non-refundable.

Custom Services: Personalized sessions, such as one-on-one consultations and bespoke guided meditations, are non-refundable once they have been delivered or performed.

Special Considerations for Payment Plans and Full Price Payments

1. No Refund for Lack of Time or Interest: If you decide to quit a course or program because you "don't have time" or are "no longer interested," there will be no refunds given. This applies only to payment plans and those who have paid the full price for a course or program but quit before the end of their term. A sincere effort must have been made in the course before any consideration for refunds is made. This does not apply to the 14-day money-back guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our customer support team at teamgaia@gaiawisdomschool.com with your request, including your order number and reason for seeking a refund.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Policy Changes

Gaia Wisdom School reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon updating.
